Lessons Learned:
- Today was a very busy day, and very little time for photography, but I did catch a few shots on the walk to my car.
- I think that my wife and I are starting to see the same things. Both yesterday and today we either talked about or took the same photos. We didn't know the other person was taking similar photos. Happy Birthday Judy.
- A 50mm lens with a small focal length can create interesting artifacts in macro-style photography.

Haha no way! I literally just walked in from shooting bees in our purple crocuses. That's my tomorrow post.
I'm jealous! My crocus aren't in bloom yet.
Happy Birthday Mrs. Gallow!
Nice! I Like the DOF. Bees? No way, I've seen crocus' and mosquitos but no bees yet.
Hehe.. OK, Steve, Andrew.. get out of my head!! OK, maybe mine didn't have a bee, but apparently we all had the crocus in our viewfinder today. great minds think alike!
I haven't seen a crocus yet. Will have to look closer but am sure the bees are going to hide after tonight and with the cold tomorrow.
Nice job, Steve.
Im on long island for a week - slightly different blooming schedule - lots and lots of crocus (es?). oh and daffodils too
It is the color of a beautiful flower letting me feel a sign of the spring.
From the Far East.
Best regards.
