Week 25, Day 176, October 17, 2009, Wedding Cake in Founders Room

I took photos today at a very small wedding.  It was a special wedding, and very beautiful.  The people are all very special, and I'm glad that I could be a part of it.  I wish the bride and groom a wonderful life together of many happy years.

The wedding took place in the Founders Room at Cornell University.  The room has many stained glass windows, and a large table with glass on it.  I really liked how the windows would reflect off of the glass on the table.

Lessons Learned:
  • It's very important to be at a wedding site early to take some test shots.  This helped me with the lighting of the photos for the wedding.
Photo details: Exposure time 1/60 sec, Aperture f/4, ISO 800, Focal Length 22 mm, 35 mm equivalent focal length 36mm, Lens Canon EF 17-40mm, handheld.
